Terms of Use
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These terms apply to MakeQuickWork (makequickwork.com). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the tools.
The service
MakeQuickWork offers free online tools for files such as PDFs, images, audio and video. Most tools run entirely in your web browser: your files are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to us. There is no account and no registration. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.
Your files and your responsibility
- You keep all rights to the files you open and the results you create. We do not receive them and claim no rights to them.
- You are responsible for having the right to process the files you use, including copyrighted music, video and images.
- Keep a copy of your original files. Results can differ from what you expect, and we cannot recover files for you.
Acceptable use
Do not use the tools to:
- forge or alter documents, such as receipts, invoices, IDs, certificates, contracts, bank statements or screenshots presented as evidence;
- remove watermarks, credits or copyright notices from other people's work, or to infringe copyright in any other way;
- deceive, defraud or harass anyone, or for any purpose that is illegal where you live;
- disrupt the website, for example by automated mass requests or attempts to break its security.
Open-source software
The tools are built on open-source software and models, each under its own license. The notices are listed inthird-party licenses. Those licenses apply to that software; these terms apply to the website.
No warranty
The tools are provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". We work to make them accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that every result is correct, complete or suitable for your purpose, for example that a transcript, a conversion or text recognition is free of errors. Check important results before you rely on them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MakeQuickWork is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the website or its tools, including loss of data, profits or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Links and advertising
The website may link to other websites and may show advertisements from third parties, such as Google. We are not responsible for their content or practices. How advertising and analytics use cookies is explained in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
