Tips
- Match the line height. Resize the first text box to fit the line, then the next boxes are easy to line up by eye.
- Typed text is real text. Text in Latin letters can be selected and searched in the saved PDF. Other scripts are saved as an image of the text.
- Locked form? If the PDF needs a password to open, enter it when asked. The filled copy is saved without the password.
- Several forms to send together? Join them afterwards with Merge PDF.
- Scanned form looks sideways? Turn it first with Rotate PDF.
What it does not do
Fillable form fields already in the PDF are not filled in for you; you type on top of the page instead. Existing text cannot be changed. If you need to remove or rewrite printed text, edit the original document and export it to PDF again.
