Photo to PDF turns pictures from your phone or camera into a single, tidy PDF. Snap pages of a contract, receipts for an expense report, homework or handwritten notes, then combine them into one document you can email or upload anywhere that asks for a PDF.
Steps on a phone
- Tap Choose images and select the photos from your gallery.
- Use the arrow buttons to put the pages in order.
- Leave the page size on A4 (or US Letter in North America) for a document that prints well.
- Tap Convert to PDF. The file appears in your downloads.
Tips for better scans
- Photograph pages on a dark, plain surface with even light, and avoid shadows from your phone.
- Hold the phone straight above the page rather than at an angle.
- Choose Small margin for a classic document look, or No margin to fill the page.
Supported photos
Upright JPG photos are embedded unchanged. Photos that the phone stored sideways are turned upright and saved once at high JPG quality, which is hard to tell apart from the original. PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP and AVIF also work. HEIC photos need to be converted to JPG first.
