PNG to PDF Converter

Convert PNG images, screenshots and diagrams to PDF without losing quality. Combine several PNGs into one file. Free, no watermark, nothing uploaded.

Runs in your browser. Your files are never uploaded. How it works

PNG to PDF turns PNG images into a PDF document without any loss of quality. It is perfect for screenshots, charts, scanned forms saved as PNG and design mockups that you need to send as a single file.

Why PNG to PDF is lossless here

Many converters re-compress every image as JPG, which blurs text and leaves smudges around lines. This tool embeds PNG files into the PDF unchanged, so what you see in the image is exactly what appears in the PDF.

Good to know

Topic What happens
Image quality Unchanged, no re-compression
Transparency Kept; usually shown on a white page
Page size A4, US Letter, or exactly the size of each image
Many screenshots Add them all at once and arrange the order
File size Similar to the total size of your PNG files

For a PDF with no white borders, choose Same as image as the page size and No margin.

Choosing the page size

Your PNGs are Page size Margin Result
Screenshots for on-screen reading Same as image None Each page exactly fits its screenshot
Scanned forms or documents to print A4 or US Letter Small Standard pages, image centred
Wide charts or slides A4 or US Letter, Automatic orientation Small Wide images get landscape pages
Mixed sizes A4 or US Letter Small Every page the same size

On A4 and Letter pages, each image is scaled to fill the page inside the margin. A small image, such as a 400-pixel icon, is enlarged and can look soft when printed; Same as image keeps it at its own size.

Typical uses

  • Bug reports and tutorials: put a series of screenshots in order and send one PDF instead of ten attachments.
  • Design feedback: mockups exported from Figma or Canva as PNG, combined for a client.

Tips

  • Order first: use the arrow buttons under each preview; the PDF follows the order on screen.
  • Large file? Screenshots from high-resolution screens make big PNGs, and the PDF keeps them as they are. Run the result through Compress PDF, or convert the screenshots to JPG first if they are mostly photos.

The PDF is built in your browser from files on your device, so nothing is uploaded.

Frequently asked questions

Does converting PNG to PDF reduce quality?

No. PNG images are placed into the PDF as they are, without re-compression, so screenshots and diagrams stay pixel-perfect.

What happens to transparent areas?

Transparency is kept in the PDF. Most PDF readers show transparent areas on a white page, so they look white.

Can I combine screenshots into one PDF?

Yes. Add all your PNG files, put them in order with the arrow buttons and convert. Each image becomes one page.

Are my images uploaded?

No. The PDF is created in your browser and saved directly to your device.

Why is my PDF page so large with Same as image?

Each pixel becomes one point (1/72 inch), so a 1920-pixel-wide screenshot makes a page about 68 cm wide. It looks fine on screen; for printing, choose A4 or US Letter instead.

Can I mix PNG and JPG files in one PDF?

Yes. You can add JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP and AVIF images together; each becomes one page in the order you set.
