Combine several pictures into one animated GIF. Choose 2 to 300 JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC images, and each one becomes a frame in the order of their file names. Drag to reorder, set how long each picture is shown, and download the GIF. It runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
Combine images into a GIF
- Click Choose images and select all the pictures at once. Hold Ctrl (Cmd on a Mac) or Shift to pick several.
- Check the order of the frames and drag any that are in the wrong place.
- Choose Time per frame: 1 s or more for a photo slideshow, 100 ms or less for animation frames.
- Click Make GIF and then Download GIF.
Getting the order right
Frames are sorted by file name, so naming files before you add them saves time:
| File names | Order in the GIF |
|---|---|
frame1.png, frame2.png … frame10.png |
1, 2 … 10 (numbers are sorted the natural way) |
IMG_4501.jpg, IMG_4502.jpg … |
The order the camera took them |
| Mixed names | Alphabetical; drag frames to fix it |
Mixing different picture sizes
The GIF takes its shape from the first picture. Under Different shapes, choose Fit inside to show every picture whole with a Background colour around it, or Fill and crop to fill every frame edge to edge. Put a picture with the shape you want first.
