Add your logo to the middle of a QR code and match it to your brand. Upload a PNG, JPG or SVG logo, choose the colours and the shape of the dots and corners, and download a high-resolution code. The code is static: it never expires and keeps working without this website.
How to make a QR code with a logo
- Choose what the code opens, such as Website, and fill in the field.
- Under Colours, style and logo (already open), click Logo in the middle and pick your logo file.
- Pick a Colour and Background, or tick Transparent background.
- Choose a Dots style (Square, Rounded, Dots, Classy, Extra rounded) and a Corners style (Square, Rounded, Circle).
- Choose a size and download as PNG, SVG or JPG. Scan it with two or three different phones before printing.
To try the code without the logo, click Remove logo.
Which format to download
| Format | Best for | Transparent background |
|---|---|---|
| SVG | Print, packaging, design programs | Yes |
| PNG | Websites, slides, documents | Yes |
| JPG | Places that only accept JPG | No, white instead |
Design tips that keep it scannable
- Simple logo, strong contrast. A bold icon reads better than a full wordmark.
- Dark code, light background. Light code on a dark background fails on many phones, and the tool tells you when that happens.
- Leave the border empty. The quiet zone around the code helps phones find it. Do not crop it off.
- Print it big enough: at least 2.5 cm (1 inch) wide for a logo code, more if people scan from a distance.
Common problems
- The code does not scan with the logo: try a smaller or simpler logo with a plain background, or a darker code colour.
- The logo looks blurry in print: use an SVG logo, or download the code at 2048 px (print) or as SVG.
- The logo has a white box around it: use a PNG with a transparent background. If the file is too large, shrink it first with Compress Image.
