JPG to SVG converts a JPEG image into a vector SVG by tracing it into shapes, so a logo or drawing saved as JPG can be scaled up, edited or cut without blur. Pick an image type, adjust colours and detail, and download the SVG or copy its code. It runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
Convert a JPG to SVG
- Click Choose an image and pick your
.jpgor.jpegfile. - Choose Logo, icon or clip art for flat artwork, or Black and white for a single-colour result.
- Lower Colours until the preview looks clean, and try Smooth detail to tidy noisy edges.
- Click Download SVG.
JPG problems and how to handle them
| Problem in the JPG | What helps |
|---|---|
| Faint halo or specks around edges (compression noise) | Fewer colours, Smooth detail |
| White or grey background behind a logo | Keep Remove the background on |
| Small or low-resolution logo | Small images are enlarged 2× before tracing; for very small ones, first use AI Image Upscaler |
| Busy photo background | Cut out the subject with Remove Background first |
| A photo you want to keep looking like a photo | SVG is the wrong format. Keep it as JPG, or convert with Image Converter |
